This study looks at some important aspects of prayer:

1. HOW TO PRAY:

Prayer is taught and caught. It is not enough to pray, we must learn to pray effectively.

Luke 11:1 KJV And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.

James 5:16 KJV Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

2. FOUNDATIONS FOR A SUCCESSFUL PRAYER LIFE:

• Walking in the privilege of prayer
• Walking in close fellowship with God
• Understanding why we must ask God in prayer
• Knowing the importance of God's Word in prayer
• The importance of asking God in faith
• The importance of asking the Father in Jesus' Name
